10th Bohuslav Martinů festival, Basel, November 2006. Keller Quartet, Heinz Holliger (oboe), Robert Kolinsky (piano), Carolina Eyck (theremin). An excerpt from a chamber piece by Martinů, completed 1st October 1944. This performance is of the work in it's original form. Later interpreters replaced the Theremin with the ondes Martenot, given the difficulty of the part.
